Hands down the best Zero's around. No question. I've been to other local Zero's locations and they pale in comparison, as the others make anemic subs. The ones here are loaded proper. Clean establishment too and the people are nice. Ignore the clowns panning the place as their Grubhub orders weren't good. Drive here and get a great sub.

Very poor customer service.. It's 2019 and the very rude staff not take my coupon on my mobile device. They HAD to have it printed.. Absolutely would not accept it. So now only did they lose a customer they life, they had to eat the cost of two subs which I refused to pay for... BYE Zeros! Kind of worked out anyway.. Place was filthy dirty.

I love Zeros. Have been going to them , not this location since I was little. But this location and I think all have 2 for Tuesday's. You can get an oven baked or grilled sandwich for about 13 ....total...full size sandwiches. You can't beat that if you tried. Lol so I love coming here on Tuesday especially when I don't feel like cooking this is a great deal. They are always quick and accurate with my orders and the location is a bit old idk if that's the look of all Zeros but they put out some good food. I also like that their full size sandwiches are enough to eat half for dinner and the other half the next day maybe for lunch. They have good menu options that include sandwiches , pizza and some desserts.
There is a sit down area so if you want to stay and enjoy your meal you can do that as well. I like seeing a location that's packed I feel like public opinion especially on food goes a long way. Here almost every time i come it's packed or a crowd comes in after I leave. so I will be here if not next Tuesday another Tuesday after that I'm sure ! Woot woot -

Wanted Zero's forgot all about the lynnhaven location, and opted to try this place, I placed an online order about 20 minutes in advance for a sandwich and chips, I get there, the woman at the counter ( seemed like a manager) and the cook had no clue what I was talking about an assumed I'd gotten my location wrong...unfortunately for me I left my phone in the car so I had to walk back out in the rain to make sure indeed I wasn't losing my mind. NOPE everything was right, its a shame I had to show them my phone and that me giving them my name/order wasn't enough, Anywho I got my food, it was meh but I don't see myself returning to this location anytime soon.

Random Sunday at 2pm and they were closed during normal business hours with no note or reasoning. After pulling up and realizing this I check yelp and apparently they have a habit of doing this by the other reviews. Really disappointing.
